The Undeniable Mission

Dada Property Solutions was built at the intersection of real estate strategy and hands-on construction management. We hold a California real estate license and completed our construction management training through the Mission Hiring Hall program at City College of San Francisco — which means we speak the language of both the deal and the jobsite. Most property owners lose value not from bad investments, but from poor execution. We close that gap. From seismic retrofits and structural framing to smart building integration and GC coordination, we provide the owner-side oversight that complex multi-unit developments require but rarely receive.

Don't have time to manage the build? We do. We represent your interests on-site daily — sourcing and vetting GCs, reviewing bids, resolving conflicts, and keeping the project on timeline and on budget.

We source and coordinate delivery of specialty materials — engineered lumber, seismic hardware, smart building components, and high-end finishes — through vetted supplier relationships that keep your project moving.

THE BERKELEY PROJECT

Berkeley 6-Unit Residential Conversion

A ground-up conversion of a 1920s Berkeley property into six fully modernized residential units. We are managing every phase — from seismic retrofit and structural framing to Loxone smart system integration — as both construction manager and owner's representative. Currently in progress.

Seismic Retrofit

We began by bringing the 1920s-era foundation up to current California seismic code. Moment-resisting steel frames were installed throughout, cripple walls were reinforced with structural-grade plywood sheathing, and Simpson Strong-Tie connectors were used at all critical junctions.

With the foundation secured, we oversaw the erection of an engineered timber frame system designed to maximize natural light and unit livability across all three floors. Every framing decision was made with both structural integrity and future finish coordination in mind.
